2004: member of Marathon National Team and Empire State Games Team

                16th: Marathon Jr. World Championships (Bergen, Norway)


2005: member of Marathon National Team, Sprint National Team, and Section V High School Ski Team
         
              15th: Sprint Jr. World Championships (Szeged, Hungary)
                12th: Marathon Jr. World Championships (Perth, Australia)

2006: member of Section V High School Skiing Team
         
            *Did not compete in kayaking after April 2006: tore shoulder & underwent surgery in June


2007: undefeated in women’s distance kayak races

            1st: US Marathon Nationals: women’s canoe (c2)
              1st: US Marathon Nationals: women’s kayak (k1)
              4th: US Marathon Nationals: mixed canoe (c2)
